Scholarship Process

• The selection committee is comprised of six Baylor Black Alumni Club members.

• The selection committee will select candidates after reading the required essay.

• Finalists will participate in an interview with the selection committee.

• The financial aid office will be notified when a candidate is selected by the committee.

• The recipient will be notified by the president of the Baylor Black Alumni Club.

• The scholarship will be presented at the annual awards ceremony, sponsored by the Office of Student Activities.
