LR0819 Thinking About Your Faith: Developing a Personal Theology

Christian faith is a thinking faith, and every Christian is, in his or her own way, a theologian. In these sessions, we will ask what theology is, why we have it, and why we need it. We will think about most of the great themes that undergird our lives as believers--such as God, Christ, the church, worship, and our responsibilities toward others and toward the world in which God has placed us. Dr. Wally Christian will lead the course as we will ask how a healthy personal theology can strengthen and enrich our lives and the lives of those around us. Dr. Christian taught Historical Theology for forty-four years in Baylor's Department of Religion.
