Beth Michaelis joined the staff of the Baylor Alumni Association in March 2004 as assistant director for programs and marketing and was made director of membership and marketing in 2008. In her position, she oversees the operations and staff related to customer service, programming, membership, and marketing. Reporting to executive vice president Jeff Kilgore, she was the associate university host for conference services for five years, where she also worked with Kilgore.
Michaelis and her husband, Ryan, have one daughter, Katie.
