Martha Lou has worked in student life at Baylor since her own student days and is now the dean for campus life at Baylor. She earned the EdD from Baylor in 1984, as well as an MPA from Southwest Texas State University in 1977. An active member of First Baptist Church of Waco, she is a Sunday school teacher for first graders. She and her husband, Larry '75, live in Waco.
