Robert is a professor of health, human performance, and recreation and interim chair of educational administration in Baylor's School of Education, where he has taught since 1988. A graduate of Howard Payne College, he also earned an MA from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He has been honored as a Distinguished Alumnus of Howard Payne and won the Outstanding Graduate Faculty Award at Baylor in 2004. Robert is a member of First Baptist Church of Woodway, where he teaches the adult senior Sunday school. He and his wife, Martha, have three children--Robert E. Cloud '87, Gregory Cloud '88, and Amy Cloud Hobart '96.
