Shelba is a CPA for Jones and Jones CPAs, PC. A life member of the Baylor Alumni Association and a Torchbearer, she has also been involved with the Baylor Bear Foundation and the Baylor University Women's Council of Dallas. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Plano. She is married to Larry W. Jones '76, and they have three children and a son-in-law who have attended Baylor--Cara Carter Holloway '06; son-in-law Matthew Holloway '06; Lauren Elizabeth Jones, a Baylor senior; and Kristin Michelle Jones, a sophomore.
