Wayne--an attorney in Houston at Fisher, Boyd, Brown, Boudreaux, and Huguenard, LLP--was a Distinguished Alumnus of Baylor in 1991 and the 1983 Baylor Lawyer of the Year. He is a past president of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a past regent of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Wayne is a member of Liberty Community Church in Milano and serves on the board of directors of the 4-H Foundation of Texas, the Center for American and International Law, the Houston Symphony, and the Milam County Foundation. He is married to Patty Mullinax Fisher, and they have one daughter, Terri Fisher Huguenard '83, MSEd '92, EdD '92.
