Will is the dean of Baylor's School of Music and professor of music education, having joined the Baylor faculty in 2000. He earned an MM from the University of North Texas and a PhD from the University of Kansas. Will is nationally recognized for his research in music education and has been president of the Texas Music Association and the Texas Coalition for Music Educators. He and his wife, Ann Newton May '70, have two children--Jeffrey '06 and Karen Ann.
